Home cleaning in Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa

Recurring home cleaning that keeps your home consistently clean without the weekly scramble. Prime Cleaning Services avoin yhtiö has been cleaning homes across the Helsinki capital region since 2012. We visit on a schedule that suits your life — weekly, every other week, or monthly — and the same cleaner returns each time so they learn your home and your preferences.

What’s included in a standard home clean

  • Kitchen: surfaces, stovetop, outside of appliances, sink, floor
  • Bathroom(s): toilet, shower/bath, sink, mirror, floor, fixtures
  • Bedrooms: dust, surfaces, vacuum and/or mop
  • Living areas: dust, surfaces, floors
  • Entryway: floor, surfaces, shoe area

Add-on work on request: inside oven, inside fridge, window interior, ironing, laundry cycle, sauna cleaning.

How often to book

Most regular customers choose weekly or bi-weekly visits. Weekly suits busy households with children, pets, or frequent visitors; bi-weekly works well for 1–2 person households. Monthly is possible and typically paired with a deeper clean each visit. We send the same cleaner whenever we can, for continuity.

Pricing and kotitalousvähennys

Our rate is 32 €/hour + 24 % ALV (39,68 €/hour gross). After the Finnish kotitalousvähennys (35 % labour deduction, up to 1 600 €/person/year, 150 € annual threshold), the effective cost is about 25,80 €/hour. Regular customers clear the 150 € threshold within the first month or two, so the deduction continues to return value for the rest of the year. Our invoice includes everything the Finnish Tax Administration requires.

We serve the entire Helsinki capital region — no travel surcharge within these cities:

  • Helsinki: Itäkeskus, Kallio, Pasila, Munkkiniemi, Lauttasaari, Töölö, Punavuori, Eira, Kamppi, Kruununhaka, Hakaniemi, Pitäjänmäki, Malmi, Herttoniemi, Vuosaari, Pakila, Oulunkylä, Arabianranta, Kalasatama, and every other district.
  • Espoo: Tapiola, Leppävaara, Otaniemi, Matinkylä, Espoonlahti, Kivenlahti, Kauklahti, Niittykumpu, Olari, Suurpelto, and more.
  • Vantaa: Tikkurila, Myyrmäki, Aviapolis, Hakunila, Korso, Martinlaakso, Koivukylä, Pakkala, and more.

Common questions

How long does a home clean take?
Typical visits are 2–4 hours depending on home size and condition. We quote hours based on the first walkthrough or a phone conversation.

Do I need to be home?
No. Many regular customers leave a key or door code. Prime Cleaning Services carries full liability insurance (vastuuvakuutus) and our Y-tunnus is 2486114-7.

Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — we bring professional equipment and products. If you prefer we use your own (e.g. allergen-free or fragrance-free), just let us know.
